Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ARC Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use our website and services for your personal or commercial purposes
- Download and use our products in accordance with their respective licenses
- Access documentation and support materials
Restrictions

- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our products without authorization
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices from our products
- Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Resell or redistribute our products without proper licensing
- Use our services to transmit malicious code or harmful content

Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Digital products: 30-day money-back guarantee
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods
- Support services: Refunds on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property
The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by ARC Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
ARC Software, ARC Suite, ARC Forge, ARC Gateway, ARC Blueprint, and related logos are trademarks of ARC Software.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create using our products. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content to provide our services.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity

Disclaimer of Warranties

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
